Termin'Hor SA is a high-end watch and jewellery subcontracting company, based in Vernier, in the canton of Geneva. Our positioning is clear: to be the partner of reference for the brands, workshops and watch houses seeking a supplier able to cover the entire finishing chain, with a single point of contact, a single responsibility, a single standard of quality.
Our model is built on bringing skills in-house as far as possible. Where other suppliers orchestrate a network of specialised subcontractors, Termin'Hor SA has chosen to integrate within its own workshop the complementary trades that make up the value of a complete watchmaking service: 5-axis CNC machining,, gem-setting, finishing, jewellery,, rhodium plating,, chemical rhodium stripping,, assembly and AFTER-SALES-SERVICE.
Our philosophy: master it to guarantee it
Every in-house service follows the same logic: if we don't master an operation internally, we cannot guarantee its quality. This philosophy sets us apart from intermediaries and positions us as a genuine manufacturing and finishing workshop, not a mere flow coordinator.
The Termin'Hor SA team brings together professionals from Swiss haute horlogerie, with decades of combined experience in polishing, jewellery, electroplating and assembly. We work with the same rigour on an exceptional one-off piece as on a production run, because we consider that every component carries the reputation of the brand that sells it.
RJC certification: ethical commitment and traceability
Termin'Hor SA is certified by the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC), the international organisation setting ethical, social and environmental standards for players in the watch and jewellery industry. This certification attests to our compliance with responsible practices in sourcing, working conditions and environmental impact.
For houses that make ethics and traceability part of their commercial argument, and there are more and more of them, working with an RJC-certified supplier is no longer optional. It is a prerequisite.
